About Helping Griffin
Helping Griffin is a local community outreach project created by Mark Rosenthal to support FODAC Griffin. It is not FODAC’s main corporate website.
Information you choose to provide
Volunteer, equipment-donation, and general nonmedical inquiry forms ask for your name, contact information, and details relevant to your inquiry. Optional fields are identified on each form. We use this information to route your inquiry to the FODAC Griffin team so it can follow up.
Please do not include diagnoses, medical history, insurance details, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or other sensitive information. For equipment assistance, call FODAC Griffin at 470-706-9626.
Form delivery and recipients
Submitting a form sends its contents to FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, for delivery to griffin@fodac.org. The Griffin team and the service providers involved in form delivery and email processing may handle your inquiry. This website does not maintain a separate inquiry database.
FormSubmit’s own practices apply when you use its service, including any cookies it uses. Please review FormSubmit’s privacy information.
Storage and inquiry questions
Messages may remain in the recipient’s email system and in service-provider records or backups according to their practices. This website does not promise a specific retention period for those systems. To ask about an inquiry you sent, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern about that inquiry, contact griffin@fodac.org. Any request will need to be handled by the party holding the information.
Technical information
The hosting and delivery services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and requested pages to provide and protect their services.
Analytics and external services
Helping Griffin does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording. The site does not embed Facebook feeds, maps, or third-party video players. Mark’s video is served from this website. The site itself does not set tracking cookies.
Links to Facebook, directions, FODAC, and other websites take you to independently operated services with their own privacy practices. Telephone and email links use your device’s applications.
Changes
This policy will be updated if the website’s information-handling practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
