Call and make an appointment.
Contact FODAC Griffin at 470-706-9626. Visits are by appointment only.
Register in person.
Complete the registration/application at the Griffin location when you arrive. There is no online Griffin application to complete here.
Pay the one-time $25 registration fee.
Once registered, there is no additional charge for equipment received.
Ask about the equipment you need.
Equipment availability depends on current donated inventory. A particular item is not guaranteed to be in stock.

- Canes & crutches
- Bathroom safety equipment
- Patient lifts & lifting equipment
