Real neighbors, real mobility. Wheelchairs, mobility equipment and lifting equipment can give people greater freedom and independence in everyday life.
A neighbor received a power wheelchair, delivered and unloaded from an accessible vehicle. The footage shows him using the equipment in his everyday environment. The right mobility equipment can make a meaningful difference in daily independence.
Mark Rosenthal uses a floor lift that helps him get safely up from floor level after a fall. Equipment like this can reduce the amount of physical assistance needed and help people maintain greater independence at home.

Give usable medical equipment a second life. FODAC accepts donated durable medical equipment that can be cleaned, refurbished, and made available to someone who needs it. Contact the Griffin team before bringing an item to confirm whether it can be accepted.
